RETURN & REFUND POLICY

GENERAL POLICY
For health reasons, all accessories purchased from the Juice Box Company are considered final sale items and not eligible for exchange, or return. With the exception of damages, and missing items, we will not process refunds/returned items.  

You must notify The Juice Box Company of any damages, incorrect or missing items via the online return form within 3 days after receipt of your shipment. Please make sure to specify order number(s) on the return slip so we can ensure your credit is accurate. 

Return policies are voided for all used products.

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS

The Juice Box Company reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, The Juice Box Company reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above. 

Foreign items (not originally from The Juice Box Company, LLC) that are sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.

SHOE RETURN POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from The Juice Box Company. If you not satisfied with your shoes, for any reason we will accept returns up to 10 days after purchase if the following conditions are met:  

  • All items must be unworn, 
  • All Items must be in their original packaging.
  • You must include the original invoice/packing slip
  • You must submit a completed return form (available by clicking HERE). 

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please fill out, print, and return this form, along with the damaged item. We will issue you store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card or refund and you can repurchase the item if desired. We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for packages that get lost in transit. 

Once we receive your package, we will email you an E-Gift Card in the amount of your item. Otherwise, you may opt for a refund processed to the original payment method

MISSING ITEMS

Please follow the steps noted above for any missing or incorrect items in your order. Please also make sure to specify order number(s) on the return slip so we can ensure your credit is accurate.

RETURN BY MAIL

Please fill out and print our return form (click HERE to download a copy) or include your original packing slip with the item(s) being returned. Without including your order number on the returns slip or with your returned item(s) there may be a delay in processing your return.

Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags attached. All items must be unworn and unaltered. 

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected. We recommend sending your return via USPS Flat Rate with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

CREDIT

Store credit via E-Gift Card for your returned item(s) will be processed once they are received at our distribution center. Please allow 5-7 days to process your return once it is received into our distribution center. Your E-gift card covers the original purchase price and tax if applicable. The Juice Box Company does not credit original shipping charges.
